If you're not satisfied for any reason with your first order from Ace + Indigo, we’ll make it right by giving you a refund or allowing you to exchange the order. Please contact us with your order number and confirm whether you'd like a refund for the Undergarment or an exchange to get something different. We will send you a postage paid label to return the items.
- This policy only applies to three worn products from your first order.
- All returns must be requested by contacting us.
- All requests must be made within 2 weeks of delivery.
- If you choose to replace an item, we will ship the item to you free of charge, as long as we receive the original item back.
- For all other returns and exchanges, please see our standard return policy below.
Outside of our Fit Guarantee, returns are authorized for unworn products with all tags and labels attached within 2 weeks of delivery.
Unfortunately we cannot process worn goods (other than those covered by the Fit Guarantee above), so it is important to email us at email@example.com if in doubt, before sending any goods back.
